Project Initiatives
Performance project
To restore the appreciation environment that has been significantly contracted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to intensively support high-quality cultural and artistic activities carried out by 22 representative organizations across 28 regions nationwide, we aim to enhance the mobility of people, works, and places, stabilize the activities of businesses, and revitalize the implementation areas. Furthermore, by conveying the importance and appeal of culture and arts, we will endeavor to stimulate demand.
Cooperative project
We will work on building connections beyond regions, sizes, genres, and generations with the goal of fostering collaboration among members. In the 'Shin-Tsunagari Project,' we promote the establishment of networks by young creators who will lead the next generation. In the 'Art Caravan Satellite,' we will develop projects with cooperating organizations and local facilities and theatrical people.
PR project
We will implement various initiatives aimed at expanding the base of performing arts for the future. Through various events such as the activity report 'Mirai Journal,' the recruitment event 'Performing Arts Job Navigation,' and the 'Annual Symposium' for sharing current issues, we will broadly communicate our efforts.
Research and investigation projects
In the 'Cross-Industry Fixed-Point Survey,' we will continue from last fiscal year to view the performing arts industry as an industry and aim to collect objective indicator data. In the 'Research and Investigation for Strengthening the Performing Arts Industry,' we will conduct research and investigation on themes of issues that should be addressed by the entire industry for the future of the performing arts world, including studies of overseas cases.
